Please post any additions to this you think would be good, I want to get this done within a week or two, so please post up some suggestions.



Q: Why do some members have larger avatars?
A: They either have VIP, Fansubber or Staff status.

Q: How do I use a custom usertitle?
A: To use a custom title you must have Contributor, Donor, VIP, or Staff status.

Q: What's in the VIP section?
A: Why don't you donate and find out.

Q: How do I post pics?
A: Use [img] tags.

Q: Will there be clubs section?
A: No, we aren't going to have clubs, this has been brought up a bit in the past, why won't we have clubs you ask? It's because clubs tend to create unneeded rivalries, and memberships tend to be flaunted around as status symbols. This however, doesn't mean we aren't open to suggestions, if the need is seen, we will add a section, however, "Clubs" aren't going to be part of this system.

Q: Why can't I have links in my signature?
A: You can put internal links and links to getchu.com in your signature, only VIP/Staff may have other links in their signatures, this rule was put in place due to repeated advertising.

Q: Why was my post/thread deleted?
A: It probably violated the rules.

Q: Why was my signature/avatar deleted/edited?
A: It probably violated the rules.

Q: Why isn't licensed content allowed?
A: We don't want any.

Q: Why isn't live action porn allowed?
A: We don't want any.

Q: How do I know who's an admin, mod, etc?
A: Hold your cursor over a member's username, look at the Staff/VIP list, or learn the different bullet colors.

Q: Why isn't my postcount increasing?
A: Member Introductions, and the spam section don't add to postcount.

Q: What extras do supporters get?
A: Addition to the Staff/VIP list, supporter icon added to posts/profile, access to the supporter's forum, larger avatar 128x128 100kb, more PM space 1000, may have external links in signatures, and use a custom title.

Q: Can I be a staff member/How do I become a staff member?
A: When we see someone who qualifies, and we are in need of new staff, we will PM them, also we may take applications from time to time, not all applications will be accepted, and inquiring about their status may result in them not being accepted, in addition, begging/whoring to become staff reduces your chances pretty much to 0%

Q: How do I donate?
A: PM Kotonoha.

Q: What isn't appropriate in an avatar/signature images?
A: Signatures and avatars MUST be worksafe, while there aren't set guidelines, common sense should explain what's allowed, and what's not.

Q: Can an admin delete my account?
A: We don't delete accounts here.

-Add instructions on how to donate (ie: Pm me if you'd like to donate)
-Add "Why am I a junior member/How do I become a full member?" question(s), its bound to be asked at some point
-Add "What isn't allowed in an avatar/signature images?" question. Talking about content, not size
-Add "Can I be a staff member/How do I become a staff member?" question(s)
-Add "What are referrals/How do I get them?" question(s)

A: No. A group, more or less gets things done. Groupies are the clubbies =P

A: Either PM the staff, administration, or make a thread under the proper section of the forum and suggest it there. We will get back to you.

Good point. But is it wrong for people to ask how to become staff if they couldn't find this section on the IS boards?

I've pointed it out and stickied this, you're expected to read 2 things before using the forums, one is the rules, the other is the FAQ, failure to do so and that's the user's problem, not ours.

Since this is now stickied and in plain view, ignoring this from here on isn't our problem.
